What are the lease options?
We offer month-to-month leases.
Do you require Insurance?
We do; however, we accept proof of renters or homeowners Insurance.
How much notice should I give before moving out?
We request a 5-day notice before you move out.
What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?
We require a government-issued photo ID (example: driver’s license, state ID, or passport).
Do I need to sign a long-term lease?
No, we rent on a month-to-month basis unless the customer requests otherwise.
How do I make a payment?
You can pay in person, leave a payment in the drop box, mail a check or money order, or use our website. You can also sign up to have payments automatically deducted from your credit card each month.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Checks, money orders, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and cash.
How do I know how much storage space I will need?
Please use our Storage Estimator or visit one of our locations where our manager will show you various sizes to find the best fit.
Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?
You may not store liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, tires, toxic materials, and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.
Does there have to be someone in the office to let me through the security gates?
No. At the time of signing you will be given your own passcode that will allow you access to your unit during normal access hours.
Do you have any tips for first-time self-storage users?
- Make sure to bag any items that may mold or mildew such as mattresses or clothing.
- Pack strategically to take advantage of all available space, especially height.
- Purchase insurance if you intend to store valuable items.
- Make sure your unit does not contain anything that would attract bugs or vermin.
- Keep your access code secret and use a high-security disc lock.
